Not all Pokémon can be obtained through eggs in the shop.

Some Pokémon are hidden and require specific actions either in-game or on the website, while others are unlocked as challenge rewards.

- On 루트 7-3, reach wave 50 and ring the bell in the sequence 1-3-1-2-1-4-2-4-1.

- On 루트 2-2, click the cactus in the upper-left corner.
페라페
- Set the audio levels to Master 0, Music 4, Interface 4, and Effects 1.
체리꼬 포지폼
- Evolve 체리버 at level 25, then deploy 체리꼬 during 햇살이 강한 or 극심한 햇빛, or within 해너츠 or 해루미 파워 오라.
코바르온
- On 루트 7-1, defeat 코바르온 without triggering Justified.
코산호 가라르의 모습
- Buy the 이상한장식품 for 200,000 $ in the Shop, then equip it to 코산호 to unlock 코산호 가라르의 모습.
타타륜
- On 루트 3-4, click the boat.
꼬지보리
- On 루트 4-2, click the hidden egg in the water.
파오리 가라르의 모습
- On 루트 8-1, let 클레피 reach the exit, enter the castle, then defeat 창파나이트.
타부자고
- Buy the 모으령 Chest for 10,000,000,000 $ in the Shop.
망망이
- On 루트 1-3, click the open grave.
무쇠가시
- Solve the energy anomaly on 무쇠가시 Pokédex page with your player code, then redeem the generated code in the game.
케르디오
- On 루트 5-4, defeat 케르디오 without triggering Justified.
러브카스
- Open the Achievements page and click the pink heart badge.
칼라마네로
- Claim the 인버터 for 5 Ribbons on 루트 3-1, equip it to 오케이징, then raise 오케이징 to level 30.
마나피
- On 루트 3-4, open 마나피의동굴, then defeat 마나피.
마샤도
- On 루트 4-4, open 마샤도 Grotto, then defeat 마샤도.
뮤
- Discover 환상의 섬, deploy at least three Pokémon, and let 뮤 reach the exit without taking damage.
메테노
- Place 루나톤 close enough to 솔록 until 루나톤 starts orbiting it.
MissingNo.
- Trigger a 404 from the Pokédex, then use your player code to generate a MissingNo.. code and redeem it in the game.
피오네
- In 마나피의동굴, deploy only 메타몽 and 마나피 together.
모래꿍
- On 루트 5-1, click the hidden sandcastle on the beach.
모래털가죽
- Solve the magnetic anomaly on 모래털가죽 Pokédex page with your player code, then redeem the generated code in the game.
껍질몬
- Raise 토치닌 to level 20; 껍질몬 is obtained in addition to 아이스크.
화강돌
- On 루트 7-4, click the strange rock hidden in the scenery.
스트린더
- On 루트 3-3, press 5, 6, 7, 5 on your keyboard.
테라키온
