Not all Pokémon can be obtained through eggs in the shop.
Some Pokémon are hidden and require specific actions either in-game or on the website, while others are unlocked as challenge rewards.

These Pokémon are unlocked by performing specific actions either in-game or on the website.
On Route 7-3, reach wave 50 and ring the bell in the sequence 1-3-1-2-1-4-2-4-1.
Set the audio levels to Master 0, Music 4, Interface 4, and Effects 1.
Evolve Ceribou at level 25, then deploy Ceriflor during Soleil or Rayons de soleil extrêmes, or within Tournegrin or Héliatronc Aura de Puissance.
Buy the Idole Étrange for 200,000 $ in the Shop, then equip it to Corayon to unlock Corayon de Galar.
On Route 3-4, click the boat.
On Route 8-1, let Trousselin reach the exit, enter the castle, then defeat Palarticho.
Solve the energy anomaly on Épine-de-Fer Pokédex page with your player code, then redeem the generated code in the game.
Open the Achievements page and click the pink heart badge.
On Route 3-4, open Grotte Manaphy, then defeat Manaphy.
Discover Île Mirage, deploy at least three Pokémon, and let Mew reach the exit without taking damage.
Trigger a 404 from the Pokédex, then use your player code to generate a MissingNo.. code and redeem it in the game.
In Grotte Manaphy, deploy only Métamorph and Manaphy together.
Solve the magnetic anomaly on Pelage-Sablé Pokédex page with your player code, then redeem the generated code in the game.
On Route 7-2, open Grotte de Victini, then defeat Victini.
