PokéPath TD does not provide public user accounts.

PokéPath TD does not maintain server-side player profiles, cloud saves or gameplay telemetry for public users.

The public website is primarily static, and PokéPath TD does not maintain its own database of public visitor activity.

The website and browser game use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery and technical infrastructure.

Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, request information and network metadata as necessary to deliver, secure and operate its services.

The website and browser game may store information locally on your device, including game saves, settings and preferences.

This information normally remains on your device and is not uploaded to PokéPath TD.

Local data may be lost if you clear browser storage, use private browsing, reset your browser or change devices.

PokéPath TD uses Google AdSense to display advertising and help cover website maintenance and operating costs.

Google and its advertising technology partners may place or read cookies, use similar technologies, or process information such as IP addresses and device information as part of ad delivery, measurement, security and personalization.

Messages sent to the PokéPath TD contact address are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a private Gmail mailbox.

Messages are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant correspondence or legal requirements.

Google Sign-In and Firebase are used for the restricted administration area available to authorized PokéPath TD team members.

These services are not used to create public user accounts or player profiles.

Where the GDPR applies, personal data may be processed on the basis of:

• legitimate interests for operating, maintaining and securing the website, handling communications and managing restricted administration;

• consent where required for advertising cookies, identifiers, personalization and related processing.

Because PokéPath TD does not maintain public user accounts or server-side player profiles, we may have little or no information directly associated with you.
